DESIGNED, DEVELOPED AND PRODUCED IN SWITZERLAND
The designs follow a strictly defined formal language, drawing on the essential elements of the city at the foot of the Alps. Typographic principles and urban geometry serve as references: five geometric base shapes are varied, proportions finely adjusted, and details masterfully accentuated. Much like font design or typesetting, the magic lies in the nuances. Character is born from balance and precision.
Designed, developed, and produced in Switzerland, these models marry technical consistency with creative finesse. Clean lines, seamless transitions, and a coherent materiality define the aesthetic. The titanium temples of the NIRVAN JAVAN + ALFERDO HÄBERLI models merge with the organic fronts. Every detail serves a distinct purpose.
Eyewear is no fleeting accessory.
It is an object of daily utility.
An intersection of function and perception.
The collaboration between Nirvan Javan and Alfredo Häberli embodies an understanding of design as a cultural practice and exchange: locally rooted, yet internationally resonant.
A tangible expression of this approach are the Inuit lenses, also 3D printed and available on request. Originally part of the design inspiration process, they reflect the distinctive character and the remarkable depth of these designs.
From Zurich to the world.
Built in culture.
